Ganapath: A Hero is Born is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language science fiction action film directed by Vikas Bahl, who produced the film under his banner Good. Co in association with Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh under Pooja Entertainment. It stars Tiger Shroff in the titular role, alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Kriti Sanon.
The film was announced in November 2020 and underwent a long, heavy pre-production stage. Principal photography commenced in November 2021 and wrapped up in February 2023 with filming taking place in United Kingdom, Ladakh and Mumbai.
It is reported to have a budget of ₹200 crore. Ganapath was initially planned to release in December 2022, but was postponed. It is now scheduled for theatrical release on 20 October 2023, coinciding with Dussehra.

Salman Khan's 'Tiger 3' trailer cleared by CBFC; set to be 2.51 minutes long: Reports.
As the highly anticipated release of 'Tiger 3' draws closer, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has been leaving no stone unturned to keep the audience's excitement soaring. After recently sharing a special 'Tiger 3' message, YRF studios unveiled a cool new poster of the leading man, locked and loaded, ready to fire away.
The new poster drop, also kicked off the count down to the trailer launch that is set to take place on October 16. Shortly after the poster release, viral tweets indicated that the highly anticipated trailer of the Salman starrer has officially been cleared by the Censor Board of Film Certification. A screenshot of the same indicated that the trailer for 'Tiger 3' has a runtime of 2 minutes and 51 seconds. According to unverified posts, the clip promises to deliver a captivating preview of the film's adrenaline-pumping action and gripping storyline. There is however, no indication if the trailer will finally put an end to the speculation around Emraan Hashmi's role as the antagonist in the film.
Fans took to the comments section to share their excitement and even went ahead to ask if the trailer would feature a glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan, who is set to make an extended cameo in the film as Pathaan.
Those keeping up with the YRF Spy Universe will know that Salman's big appearance in Pathaan was kept under wraps right until the release. It was only when leaked videos from theatres were posted online, that fans got a gist of the character Tiger's involvement in the project.
Salman, who reprises his iconic role as Tiger in the third installment of the action-packed franchise, has been eager to offer fans an unparalleled cinematic experience. Speaking about the film's action scenes, he mentioned, "People have seen Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, and films from the YRF Spy Universe. So, it was important to give them something very new visually, something that was amazingly unique. The team has really pushed the envelope of action with Tiger 3. It had to be spectacular. There was no other option."
Expressing his enthusiasm for the project, the actor also shared that he felt like a child on the set while witnessing the meticulously planned and grandiose action sequences designed for him. "The team has tried and executed things that have never been seen in an Indian film. I loved being a part of these massively mounted action sequences, and I was like a child when I was doing those scenes! We will tease you with many such big moments when we unveil the trailer of Tiger 3, which is going to be our next marketing asset of the film," he added.
Expect the unexpected from the trailer," the star teased and added, "get ready for an action entertainer that will have a really intense storyline. For me, Tiger 3's story is what hooked me instantly. I couldn't believe what Adi and the team had come up with! This is definitely Tiger's most dangerous mission, and he has to risk his life to stand a chance."
Helmed by director Maneesh Sharma, 'Tiger 3' is set to light up the screens this Diwali in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The film also stars Katrina Kaif in the lead role.

Plot
At a mental asylum, doctors discuss the strange case of Arun Saxena whose behaviour is very different from other patients. He tries to escape but is stopped just in nick of time by doctors. Arun's mother Jamuna sits in front of a temple everyday with her back turned to God, only vowing to face God when hope comes. Inspector Vikram Singh, a tough, young honest cop is assigned Arun's case. At first, he refuses but at a visit to Arun, he is touched by seeing his behaviour to his ex flame Sapna, because of whom he became mad. Vikram meets Jamuna to know Arun's story, and the film goes into past.
Arun was a happy free-spirited young poet who was always jovial in his life. Whilst attending a party, he sees and falls in love at first sight with Sapna, despite her not knowing this. Her evil uncle Rangeen "Mama" Thakur is holding a facade for last 20 years as his hidden motive is to usurp her wealth. Arun makes it clear to everyone how much he loves Sapna. He bashes up Shankar Bihari, a goon hired by Mama to marry Sapna, so that he can get her wealth. Sapna thinks Arun is a flirt, but later falls for him, seeing him almost commit suicide for her. Shankar sends Jyoti to Arun to go intimate with him. When Sapna sees this, she mistakes this as an affair. Arun clears the confusion; however Mama tries to attack and sends goons to kill him

Ria (Urmila Matondkar) is a headstrong loner angry woman and the only daughter of a rich businessman in Mumbai, Mr Jaiswal (Suresh Oberoi). Jaiswal loves his daughter but is concerned about her possessive nature. One day Ria sets out for a vacation in Goa. Jai (Fardeen Khan) is a fashion photographer, happily married to Geeta (Sonali Kulkarni). He meets Ria and takes photos of her without permission and publishes them in the magazine he works for. The magazine becomes a hit because of the pictures. The chief editor wants Ria to model for their magazine but she refuses because she is angry at Jai for publishing her pictures without asking her. Jai manages to convince her to model and she falls in love with him. She wants to talk to Jai about marriage but when she visits his home, she is shocked to meet Geeta. Shaken and distraught, Ria slips into depression.
Ria confesses her feelings to Jai, who is startled. Seeing her weeping so much, he tells her that he would have accepted her love if not married. Jai tells Geeta everything and vows to stay away from Ria. However, Ria starts to get possessive about Jai, unable to forget him. She attempts suicide and calls him in the middle of the night. Jai has no choice but to save and console her. This troubles Geeta and she tells Jai to file a police complaint. Jai and Geeta mend their relationship and go out on a date but that same night, Ria breaks down and Jai consoles her again. This angers Geeta even more.
